Who We Are
Farmer Foundation is a Rajasthan based non-profit organization relentlessly dedicated to empowering farmers. We believe that by unlocking the potential of farmer households, we can break the cycle of poverty, revitalize the rural economy, create thriving rural communities, and contribute to a more sustainable future for our nation. Our initiatives directly benefit the communities we serve, fostering a circular economy and environmental well-being.
Our Organization
It's Farmer Foundation was born in 2016 from a deeply personal vision: to empower India's farmers and rural communities. Our founder, Shri Sawai Singh Chaudhary, a retired IPS officer from a farming family, understands the challenges faced by those striving for a better life in India's villages. Drawing on his experiences with rural communities, he founded the Farmer Foundation.
"We at the Farmer Foundation understand that rural communities face immense obstacles: limited resources, lack of infrastructure, and insufficient access to skills and opportunities. Farmer Foundation is dedicated to tackling these challenges head-on. We provide farmers with the knowledge, resources, and mentorship they need to build sustainable livelihoods, foster thriving communities, and lead India's rural transformation"

Aligned with SDG 2030
We envision a transformed India where farmers and rural communities are empowered to lead the way to a sustainable future, driving national progress with climate resilience, health, and prosperity.
At the Farmer Foundation, we aim to empower and transform farming communities by nurturing a spirit of entrepreneurship among farmers. We are committed to providing comprehensive support, training, and resources, enabling farmers to develop sustainable and profitable businesses. Through our innovative initiatives, we aim to uplift farmers' livelihoods, foster rural development, and create a thriving ecosystem of successful farmer entrepreneurs in every home.
Our goal aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (2030), specifically targeting the eradication of poverty and hunger. We believe in a world where a farmer's household is not just surviving, but thriving.
